{"id":5720,"date":"2022-06-06T20:25:36","date_gmt":"2022-06-06T10:55:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/librariansmatter.com\/blog\/?p=5720"},"modified":"2022-06-06T20:25:36","modified_gmt":"2022-06-06T10:55:36","slug":"three-words-blogjune-22-06","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/librariansmatter.com\/blog\/2022\/06\/06\/three-words-blogjune-22-06\/","title":{"rendered":"Three words BlogJune 22\/06"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like Con, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/flexnib.com\/2022\/06\/05\/a-post-about-nothing\/\" target=\"_blank\">who is out of rhythm with posting for BlogJune<\/a>, I am not finding it easy to jump back into finding topics and going for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I think it will be good for me to keep up the practice though. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I spend three days a week on the yoga mat doing some pretty intense positions, some held for very long times. This is designed specifically to help participants get through what they need to get through in other parts of their lives &#8211; breathing, focussing, mindfully. I&#8217;ve done it before. But each time I sit down now, I am unsure where to start or where to go.
