Posts Next Tuesday 11 August at 5:30pm, a mob of librarians are going to sit around for an hour and watch a video of Stephen Abram talking about “transformational librarianship” . Then everyone is going to talk about it. Then five of us from different library sectors will be on a panel talking about challenges of the future.
The event is a co-production of the Special Libraries Association, the State Library of Western Australia and the Australian Library and Information Association.
It will be a bit, but not quite, like this picture taken at Annalakshmi in Perth back in September 2007.
