		<description>This procedure is quite valuable because it forces one to recognize themselves as they are, and this is quite lacking in modern times.  We see ourselves in a different fashion than we are seen by others, and this incongruity can result in unfounded expectations or beliefs.  It would be beneficial for this picture-taking of onesself to spread, so that people could also build self-esteem based off of their true external representation.</description>
