I worry that, instead of using technology to fix the problems (better cooling systems, more efficient energy supply sources), people read about issues such as this and use it to excuse ludditism.

Can everyone excuse me if I use this to highlight an organization I belong to which needs it? The Alternative Technology Association http://www.ata.org.au/ uses this type of approach. Most of the technology they advocate is at the domestic level. I helps me to answer the question of &quot;What can I do?&quot;.</description>
