I've been reading your blog and am really grateful there are people like you around - folk that you don't expect to be techie, showing other people that it is easy to do this stuff if you just play and have an open attitude. I'm so glad you are seeing Stephen. I tried to tell my supervisor just how great his seminars are, and after she attended the one in Perth, she understood what I meant. Our library has started with 23 things. Although I have played with 23 things on a blog I created back in March I created a new one so I could join in with the other staff doing 23 things. Something Stephen said 'reflect on what you are learning' and I agree with him we should not just do 23 things but see how we can incorporate are learning into our lives.
