I was looking forward to this SL session but suffered major frustration in that: 1. Couldn't get the streaming video to work. 2. Although some PCs at Central now have SL enabled, our firewall still prevents the use of 'voice' so I was left out of most conversation. If we are ever to use SL as a teaching/learning tool here we'll have to sort out all the technical difficulties first. Still, we are inching forward and have set up a committee to investigate the ins and outs of the virtual leaning experience and the experience I gained as a result of your promotion of SL has been invaluable.
