Mr9 and Mr4 were laughing and giggling this morning in the background. Mr4 had asked for “cornflakes” and Mr9 was going to the pantry and instead retrieved:

  • corncakes
  • tinned corn
  • ricecakes
  • tinned corn and peas

Me: That looks like fun, whatyadoing?

Mr9: We’re playing Bad Google Search

    Kathryn I guess so but never with IRL items. Now I have to sort out a strategy for the next time someone at workd asks me for a pen… %)

    Yes, they are my kids. And yes, I asked them to repeat it, thinking I’d heard incorrectly..then swallowed down great chuckles as I tried to keep a straight face. And, yes – they looked over my shoulder when I blogged it and know about all your comments.
